Lin Chee Seng, General Manager, Singapore
As the General Manager for D&K Engineering, Singapore, Lin Chee Seng is responsible for all of the day-to-day operations for both the manufacturing and R&D functions which include engineering management, program management, building a world-class supply chain, driving a lean manufacturing environment and creating a continuous improvement culture.Prior to joining D&K Singapore, Chee Seng had a very successful 21-year career with HP in various engineering and management roles in HP’s inkjet business responsible for worldwide manufacturing of HP’s consumer and office printing products. Most recently, Chee Seng was Director of Operations for HP’s Imaging and Printing operation, managing the manufacturing of approximately 40 million printers annually.
Prior to joining D&K Singapore, Chee Seng had a very successful 21-year career with HP in various engineering and management roles in HP’s inkjet business responsible for worldwide manufacturing of HP’s consumer and office printing products. Most recently, Chee Seng was Director of Operations for HP’s Imaging and Printing operation, managing the manufacturing of approximately 40 million printers annually.
Chee Seng holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) with First Class Honors from the National University of Singapore.
KOH Joo Beng, Director of R&D, Singapore
Koh Joo Beng is the Director of Research and Development at D&K Engineering, Singapore. The R&D department is responsible for the development of a range of complex electro-mechanical products for D&K Engineering’s clients. Most recently, Joo Beng was the Director of Product Generation for the Emerging Markets, Fax and OEM division for Hewlett-Packard where he led the development of products that successfully penetrated this highly competitive market.Joo Beng holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, a Master of Business Administration from Cranfield University, UK and a Master of Science in Astronomy from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia.

Patrick Choy Kim Hoe, Director of Supply Chain, Singapore
Patrick Choy Kim Hoe leads the supply chain function at D&K Engineering, Singapore, as the Director of Supply Chain. Responsible for architecting the end-to-end supply chain for this critical company function, Patrick manages the daily supply chain operational responsibilities that consist of Planning, Procurement, Purchasing and Logistics for the company.Prior to joining D&K Singapore, Patrick spent over 20 years at Hewlett Packard in various engineering and business management positions. The most recent position as the Global Procurement Operations Manager for HP’s Global Sourcing & Procurement where he achieved significant cost reductions without compromising product availability through a strategy of global supplier consolidation, alternate sourcing, and implementation of eProcurement processes.

TEOH Hoo Seong, Director of Operations, Singapore
As the Director of Operations, Hoo Seong manages the manufacturing operations including resource and competency development for D&K Engineering, Singapore, with a key focus on quality, cost and delivery. Key to his operational management success at D&K Singapore has been the implementation of lean manufacturing and a well-defined quality management system throughout the organization.
Previously, Hoo Seong held various management positions at Hewlett-Packard were he successfully led the new product introduction teams for Retail Publishing Solutions and Specialty Printing Systems in the delivery of Photo Kiosks, large format plotter family of products and numerous other HP products.
Hoo Seong holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Summa Cum Laude, from Northern Arizona University.
